FUME CHAMBERS :

The most important single item in the Laboratory. The FUME CHAMBERS offer sate and efficient work stations for hazardous experiments. Two models - FC1500 and FC750 are available. Selection of inner linings, work surfaces and remote control valves as well as internal lighting are standard features. Both fume chambers incorporate counter balanced sash of toughened glassl acrylic with a fail safe device and a provision for electrical connections. (Standard unit is fitted with epoxy coated compressed asbestos liners and work tops of ceramic tiles).
FC 1 500 :

Fume Chamber, FC1500 is a high performance unit of double skin construction,incorporating an automatic by-pass to eliminate high face velocities at lower sash openings. Baffles are fitted to regulate fume extraction. The FC1500 is ideally suited for a wide variety of laboratories where an adequate supplyof air is available.
A Base Unit for floor mounting of the FC1500 Fume Chamber, with a storage compartment for a gas cylinder is offered as an option.

FUME EXTRACTION :

Range includes efficient Fume Extraction systems, which take into consideration criteria under which fume chambers are to operate, type of fumes to be extracted, ducting specifications and other critical re- quirements of the laboratory user.
LAB STANDARD DUCTING SYSTEM is ideally suited for a wide variety of fume extraction requirements in a laboratory. It comprises a (1 HP, 3 Phase) centrifugal fan, standard configuration of 200 mm dia HDPE ducting pipes and matched components, fixing brackets and clamps. The centrifugal fan of capacity 1000 cfm has an FRP housing. The inner surface lining of the housing and the fan blades are of polypropylene.

Design and supply of specific fume extraction systems using higher capacity centrifugal fans, special ducting rnaterials are within the scope of installations.

FC750 :

Fume Chamber, FC750 is designed for use in laboratories undertaking work of a low critical nature, ideally suited for teaching institutions or light duty industrial laboratories.
FC750 is of portable design which can be placed on existing laboratory tables for instant use. It is of single skin construction and has built-in centrifugal fan of 100cfm capacity.A flexible ducting pipe is provided.
